3. User Accounts

To use certain features of the Service, you may need to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Booking and Payment

Prices are calculated based on property size and selected services
Payment is processed at the time of booking
All prices include GST where applicable
Cancellation policies apply as stated at the time of booking

5. Service Delivery

While we work to ensure reliable service delivery, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes. Service quality is the responsibility of independent Contractors operating on our platform.

6. Limitation of Liability

We Mow It acts as a platform connecting customers with Contractors. We are not responsible for the actions or omissions of Contractors. Our liability is limited to the extent permitted by Australian Consumer Law.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the We Mow It platform, including logos, text, graphics, and software, is the property of We Mow It and is protected by intellectual property laws.

8. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Queensland.

- Identify your property boundaries on satellite maps.
- Calculate accurate lawn surface area for instant pricing.
- Direct our contractors to the correct job site.
Personal Information: Name, email address, and phone number for account creation, booking confirmations, and service updates.
Payment Information: We use secure third-party payment processors (e.g., Stripe). We do not store your full credit card numbers on our servers.
Usage Data: Information on how you access and use the Service (e.g., device type, operating system, crash logs) to help us improve app stability.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your data for the following specific purposes:

To Provide Instant Quotes: Your address and satellite data are processed to generate a guaranteed price in seconds.
To Execute Services: We share your Service Address, Lawn Details, and Access Instructions (e.g., "gate code") with our independent Contractor Partners so they can perform the work.
To Communicate: To send you booking confirmations, arrival notifications, job completion photos, and invoices.
To Ensure Safety & Quality: We may track the location of our contractor crews to verify arrival times and job duration.

3. Data Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. We share your information only in the following limited circumstances:

Contractor Partners: With the specific mowing crew assigned to your job, strictly for the purpose of completing the service. We do not share your phone number or email with contractors unless you explicitly authorize it for direct coordination.
Service Providers: With trusted third-party vendors who help us operate (e.g., Stripe for payments, Google Maps for location services, Twilio for SMS notifications).
Legal Requirements: If required by law or in response to valid requests by public authorities (e.g., a court or government agency).

4. Data Retention and Deletion

Retention: We retain your personal information only for as long as is necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy.
Deletion: You have the right to request the deletion of your account and personal data. You can do this by:

Contractor Agreement

1. Relationship

Contractors are independent contractors, not employees of We Mow It. You maintain full control over your work methods, equipment, and schedule.

2. Requirements

As a Contractor, you agree to:

Hold appropriate business registrations (ABN)
Maintain adequate public liability insurance
Provide your own equipment in good working condition
Complete jobs to professional standards
Upload before and after photos for each job

3. Payment Terms

Contractors receive 80% of the job value
Payments are processed weekly
Contractors are responsible for their own tax obligations

4. Job Acceptance

You have the right to accept or decline any job offered through the platform. Once accepted, you are expected to complete the job as scheduled.

5. Quality Standards

All work must meet our quality standards, including:

Even, consistent cutting height
Clean edges and borders (when included)
Removal of clippings (when included)
Professional conduct with customers

6. Photos and Documentation

Before photos are required before starting any job. After photos must be uploaded upon completion. These photos may be used for quality assurance and customer communication.

7. Customer Interaction

While on-site, maintain professional conduct at all times. Direct all payment and booking inquiries to the We Mow It platform.

8. Insurance and Liability

Contractors must maintain their own public liability insurance. We Mow It is not liable for accidents, injuries, or property damage occurring during service delivery.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Outstanding payments will be processed according to standard payment schedules.

10. Confidentiality

Customer information accessed through the platform must be kept confidential and used only for service delivery purposes.
